Volunteer positions
Information about volunteering at the library.
Do you have a few hours a week to spare? Do you enjoy books and working with people?
Volunteers are among the Herr Memorial Library's most valuable resources, and the library would have a difficult time functioning without them.
Volunteer service is performed with guidance and support from the Herr Memorial Library staff and may include shelving returned items, shelf-reading (keeping the materials in order on the shelves), and assisting with children's programs or fundraising events.
