Herr Library offers basic computer class

Free 45-minute sessions of basic computer instruction is available at Herr Memorial Library through May 1. Staff member Zachary Kurtz offers individual instruction using the library's public access computers on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
Subjects include setting up and using e-mail, understanding e-Bay, and basic Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and Power Point. Instruction is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.
To register, call 966-0831 or visit the library at 500 Market Street in Mifflinburg. The library is open from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
