Herr Memorial Library

Sharon Weiser, of Mazeppa, was the 2012 Ornament Raffle at the Herr Memorial Library.
The ornament was created and hand-painted by Alan and Linda Elliott, who are Mifflinburg natives. The scene on this year’s ornament is the Herr Memorial Library.
This is the third year the ornament was donated to the library, with the proceeds going to children’s programming. These original, one-of-a-kind ornaments are signed and dated by the artist and are a great addition to any collection.
