Herr Library Order Eastern Star

Kelly Walter, left, program coordinator at Herr Memorial Library, receives a donation from Phyllis Powell, Worthy Matron of the Order of the Eastern Star No. 394 Lewisburg Chapter. Mrs. Powell presented a check to support the work of the Special Stitches group that meets at the Mifflinburg library to make newborn baby layettes that are distributed through the Angels for Babies outreach program at Evangelical Hospital.
