       Herr Memorial Library is located in the Borough of Mifflinburg in Union County Pennsylvania.  The library, which was founded in 1944, is an independent member of the Union County Library System.  Parking is available along Fifth and Market streets, with handicap access available from the alley between Market and Chestnut streets.
